🛍️ How to Place an Order?
Shopping at Shuraashop is simple and seamless! Here’s how to order:
1. Browse your favourite styles directly on our website – from abayas to co-ords and festive wear (any item you want, order is open for every piece)
2. Select your preferred Size and Color on the product page. Be sure to check the size guide.
3. Add the item to your cart 🛒 and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your Billing and Delivery Address accurately so we can ship your order to the right place.
5. Choose your Delivery Method (Standard, Express, or Pick-up if available).
6. Make your Payment securely through our checkout options.
7. You will receive a confirmation email/message once your order is placed!

⚖️ Are all items ready in stock?
Some items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery, while others are available on a pre-order basis. You will see this clearly marked on each product page.
🛍 Why are some items marked as “Pre-order” and others as “Buy Now”?
- Pre-order items are shipped from abroad and may take longer to arrive.
- Items marked as In stock are already in Mauritius and available for immediate delivery or collection.
📲 How Do Pre-Orders Work?
- Secure Your Item with a 50% Deposit
To confirm your pre-order, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at checkout. - Choose Your Delivery Method
After placing your order, you will be asked to select your preferred delivery option:
– Free pickup at Flacq
– Standard Post (Rs90)
– Express Post (Rs125)
– Home Delivery (Rs150) - Arrival Notification 📍
Once your item reaches Mauritius, you will be notified via socials or email with all relevant details. - Settle the Remaining Payment
You shall then complete the final payment to receive your order.

💸 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Juice, Internet Banking and Bank Transfer.
✈️ Do you deliver outside Mauritius?
Currently, we deliver within Mauritius and Rodrigues only.
📦 When will my order arrive?
We are currently accepting orders for our September 2025 Shipment.
Orders placed before September 30th, 2025 will be included in this shipment and are expected to arrive in Mauritius by start of October.
⏳ What if I place my order after the deadline?
If you order after 11:59 PM on July 15th, 2025, your items will still be processed but included in the next shipment (exact date to be confirmed).
🔁 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We kindly ask for your understanding that all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our business.
Exception:
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Important:
Please ensure to check the size chart and fabric details carefully before placing your order.
📨 How will I know when my order has arrived?
We shall notify you as soon as your order arrives in Mauritius. You will also receive a message once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
🚚 What are the Delivery Options and Timeframes?
- Normal Postage Rs90
Estimated delivery: 3-4 days after dispatch (subject to post office processing time) If your parcel exceeds 2kg, additional charges will apply based on the weight.
- Express Postage Rs125
Estimated delivery: 1-2 days delivery after dispatch – Ideal for urgent deliveries.
- Home/ Office Delivery Rs150
Get delivered in 2-4 days after dispatch. Please note: No fixed delivery time is guaranteed by the Nulivrer company. Kindly stay reachable throughout the day. Free Home Delivery on orders above Rs5000.
- Free Pickup at Flacq
Location: Arcade CM Court Flacq. Arcade is next to Church/ Kalachand. Pickup point: Shear shop for men’s wear.
💻 How can I track my order?
You will receive a reference number once your parcel has been shipped. You can then follow up with the local post office or your delivery agent.
❌ What happens if I don’t complete the remaining payment for a pre-order item?
Once your pre-order item arrives in Mauritius, we will notify you immediately. If the remaining balance is not settled within 2 months from the date of arrival, your item will be put on sale. Please note that the initial deposit (down-payment) is non-refundable, as the item was specially ordered for you.
We kindly advise customers to settle their dues promptly to avoid cancellation and loss of deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
